Find Location
The e-bikes are located in the Prime Tower garage on the 1st level.
The e-cars can be found in front of Prime Tower, near the main entrance to Hardbrücke station.
E-car Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
- 12 hours before the reservation start, the cancellation is free of charge.
- Past that time, you will be charged 100% of your reservation costs.
- You pay for the time you reserve.
