1. DOWNLOAD THE APP AND REGISTER
   If you don’t have the Urban Connect app on your smartphone, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and register with your work email address.
2. RESERVE A POLESTAR
   Open the app and choose the dates you would like to book.
3. ADD PAYMENT METHOD
   Before the first booking has been completed you will be asked to enter in your credit card details.
4. UNLOCK THE POLESTAR WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE
   To start your booking go to “my reservations” in the UC App.
5. BEFORE THE TRIP
   Check the Polestar for damage before driving and report it via the UC app if necessary. Otherwise, you may be held liable for the unreported damage.
6. END CHARGING – REMOVE THE CHARGING CABLE
   1. To remove the charging cable open the charge port.
   2. Press the button to the right of the charging cable to remove the cable. (cable switches to free)
   3. Pull the charging cable out of the car and hang it back on the hook.
7. ADJUSTMENTS
   Driver seat: Use the buttons on the left side of the seat.
   Steering wheel: Pull down the handle below the steering wheel to adjust the steering wheel.
   Lights: The exterior lighting is set to AUTO. Exterior lights automatically turn on.
8. WINDSHIELD WIPERS
   The windshield wipers are operated by a lever on the steering wheel.
9. START THE POLESTAR
   1. Check that the charging card and the parking badge are situated in the middle console.
   2. Step on the brake pedal.
   3. Select a gear (forward or reverse) and move the gearshift on the center console.
10. WHILE DRIVING
    Important! Please use the Urban Connect App to open and close the door while on the road.
11. AFTER THE DRIVE
    Park the Polestar and put it in P (Park) gear.
12. START CHARGING
    1. To open the charge port, press on the left rear edge. The vehicle must be unlocked.
    2. Connect the charging cable.
    3. As soon as it lights up green, the car is charging.
13. DO YOU HAVE ALL YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS?
    Do you have all your personal items? Important: The charging card and the parking badge must be put back in the middle console. Return the Polestar clean and in the same condition as you rented it!
14. LOCK THE POLESTAR WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE
    Finish your booking via the UC app.
