The webinar ‘Lunch&Learn – with Lindt & Sprüngli’ focuses on e-bike sharing and its positive influence on employee health and satisfaction. Claudia Di Giuseppe, HR Director at Lindt, explains how e-bikes have been part of the HR strategy since 2020 to promote sustainable mobility and health. Around 400 employees regularly use the e-bikes, both for commuting and for private purposes. This improves physical and mental well-being, reduces sick leave and strengthens the corporate culture. Urban Connect takes over the complete administration and maintenance of the e-bikes, which minimises the administrative effort. In addition, Lindt integrates further health initiatives such as ‘Breast Cancer Awareness Month’ and promotes a healthy working environment through holistic measures.

Once the service has been introduced, there is nothing for us to do, apart from promote it. The UC Auto comes regularly, and the bikes are well maintained.
