As of now, two important improvements are available in the app: Editing and updating ongoing journeys and improved price transparency and updated cancellation policies. Edit and update ongoing bookings
What’s improved? You now have full control over your bookings. Future and current bookings can now be edited and updated during an active ride.
What are the benefits? Your meeting has been unexpectedly delayed and you need the vehicle an hour longer? no problem! With our new feature, you can dynamically extend your booking if the vehicle is not already reserved for another user. Don’t worry about time overdue fees anymore and design your mobility according to your needs.
Improved price transparency and updated cancellation policy
What’s improved? You now receive a detailed price overview before booking. All price information is listed intuitively and simple way at a glance. It also shows how much a cancellation will cost at a certain point.
What are the benefits? The reason for this adaptation was the valuable feedback from our users who drew our attention to unclear or hidden price details. Our updated design is created to increase price transparency and make cancellation policies easier to understand. At Urban Connect, we want to make sure that that the customers are presented with full transparency.
