Hilti Liechtenstein has taken up the challenge of improving the mobility of its employees in the rural region and efficiently connecting different locations. By introducing a corporate e-bike sharing programme in collaboration with Urban Connect, Hilti was able to solve the ‘last mile’ problem and increase employee satisfaction at the same time. Daniel Oehry, HR Project Manager at Hilti and member of the Liechtenstein Parliament, reports on his experiences and gives valuable tips on how to successfully implement an e-bike fleet.
