1. DOWNLOAD THE APP AND REGISTER
   If you don’t have the Urban Connect app on your smartphone, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and register with your work email address.
2. RESERVE A MINI
   Open the app and choose the dates you would like to book.
3. ADD PAYMENT METHOD
   Before the first booking has been completed you will be asked to enter in your credit card details.
4. UNLOCK THE MINI WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE
   To start your booking go to “my reservations” in the UC App.
5. BEFORE THE TRIP
   Check the Mini for damage before driving and report it via the UC app if necessary. Otherwise, you may be held liable for the unreported damage.
6. END CHARGING – REMOVE THE CHARGING CABLE
   1. Unlock the vehicle so that the charging process ends.
   2. Remove the charging cable and hang it back on the device.
7. ADJUSTMENTS
   Driver seat: Use the buttons on the left side of the seat.
   Mirrors: Exterior mirrors can be adjusted on the driver’s door.
   Steering wheel: Adjust using the lever under the steering wheel.
   Lights: The exterior lighting is adjusted automatically. To turn on/off highbeam pull the lever behind left side of steering wheel forward or push backward.
8. START THE VEHICLE
   1. Check that the keyfob (attached to key) is in the keyholder located in the glove compartment together with the charging card.
   2. Press the Engine Button (start) located in the middle under the navigation /entertainment system.
   3. Choose a driving mode (move the gear shift to drive/reverse).
9. WHILE DRIVING
   Important! Please use the key in the glove box to open and close the door while driving.
10. AFTER THE DRIVE
    Park the Mini and put it in P (Park) gear.
11. START CHARGING
    1. To open the charging port press on the port cover. The vehicle must be unlocked.
    2. Connect the charging cable.
    3. To start the charging process, tap the charging card on the charging station.
    4. It should show on the car screen when charging is in progress.
    5. Return the charging card in to the glove box.
12. DO YOU HAVE ALL YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS?
    Do you have all your personal items? Important: The key and the charging card must be put back in the glove box in the card holder. Return the Mini clean and in the same condition as you rented it!
13. LOCK THE MINI WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE
    Finish your booking via the UC app.
