Urban Connect\u2019s Co-Founder and COO, Judith H\u00e4berli, was featured in the list as one of the 10 key \u201cMobilizers\u201d, bringing mobility into the digital age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is a Digital Shaper?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital Shaper is a nomination to people who have made significant contributions to the digitalization of Switzerland in various sectors. Digital Switzerland describes Digital Shapers as \u201cdedicated innovators who are committed to shaping a digital future that empowers us all.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital Shapers was organized by BILANZ for the 8<sup>th<\/sup> consecutive year in partnership with Digital Switzerland, Handelszeitung, PME, and Innosuisse. First, hundreds of various leaders across Switzerland were nominated by the public on social media. Then, a Jury of eleven selected the top 10 digital pioneers in each of the 10 fields, such as \u201cMobilizers\u201d or \u201ceMedics\u201d. Some of this year\u2019s Jury included Mike Baur, Co-Founder and CEO of Serpentine Ventures Group and Swiss Startup Factory, Gabrielle Dobenecker, Head of Fundraising, Entrepreneurship &amp; Industry relations at EMPA, and Karin Taheny, Chief Digital and Technology Officer of Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Interview with Judith<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Judith H\u00e4berli was featured in the selected Digital Shapers list in the \u201cMobilizers\u201d category. She was recognized as a pioneer in bringing an innovative and technological approach to Switzerland\u2019s corporate mobility. In an interview with Digital Switzerland, Judith noted her unique perspective on Switzerland\u2019s potential impact on digital innovation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI think Switzerland is uniquely qualified to serve as a laboratory to systematically test new mobility concepts by virtue of its small size, diverse landscape, efficient public transport system, its dense network of roads and railways, its advanced level of digitalization, and its progressive and pragmatic regulatory approach.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Connect, located in Switzerland, is making the most of its ideal market position. Born out of innovation, the company\u2019s mission is to change the way mobility is organized in the corporate world. Urban Connect drives that change primarily by orchestrating the shift from ownership towards sharing, focusing on flexibility and convenience for its users. All done at the right hand of technology.&nbsp;So far, Switzerland has been on Urban Connect\u2019s side; the company has doubled its employee count and has increased its user count by more than 100&nbsp;percent in the last year.
