Cancellation policy:
12 hours before the reservation start, the cancellation is free of charge.
Past that time, you will be charged 100% of your reservation costs.
You pay for the time you reserve.

E-bikes can be found at the Fraumünster, Murifeld, and Barfüsserplatz locations. Teslas are located at Murifeld and Prime Tower.

Fraumünster: Access from Fraumünsterstrasse immediately after the gate to the right.

Prime Tower: Located in parking spaces number 11 and 12 in front of Prime Tower.

Murifeld: E-bikes are situated in the bike stand outside. Teslas can be found in the parking garage.

Barfüsserplatz: Please use the entrance via Weisse Gasse 26 or via XO using the Elevator from the Ground Floor.
